Our minimum numbers for The Oak Suite is 50. If you would like to
hire the room for a smaller group an additional charge of £100 will
be charged.

We do not allow the use of confetti in or outside the building.
And we would ask you not to use small confetti type table decorations or

Bookings
1. A deposit of £200 (non refundable) with a letter of confirmation is required within 14 days to secure the booking. Please include an indication of the number of the guests attending wedding breakfast and evening party, where applicable.
2. 6 weeks prior to your function we require the final details regarding numbers, wine and menus. The final account will be calculated and the total less the deposit will be due 7 days prior to the function.
Cancellation Charges and Conditions
1. All cancellations must be made in writing
2. Within 3 months of the funtion date 25% of the estimated account will be caculated and will be payable to the Berkeley Arms
3. Within1 month of the funtion date 75% of the estimated account will be caculated and will be payable to the Berkeley Arms
